My approach
I am an integrative therapist who will focus the work on the therapeutic relationship whilst being mindful that every client is different and requires a different approach, offering short and long-term work.
I aim to create a space where we walk side by side, exploring aspects of self. Making sure that the space is warm, safe, open and reflective that will enable you to focus on why you are here and healing for the future ahead.
My experience
As well as starting my private practice in 2021, I have previously worked at the Awareness centre for 2 years.
I have spent time with a wide variety of clients. This experience has given me insight into the internal and external pressures which can cause stress, unhappiness, anxiety, low mood and in some cases depression.
Below are a list of areas I have experience helping clients with:
My qualifications
Level 4 Diploma in therapeutic counselling (integrative) - Counselling and psychotherapy training academy
Two years at The Awareness Centre – www.theawarenesscentre.co.uk
Nine years Personal trainer
I hold an enhanced DBS certificate for adults.
BACP individual member
As a registered member of the BACP, I adhere to BACP's ethical framework for good practice. My clinical work is regularly supervised by an experienced BACP & UKCP registered supervisor.
