If you have come hear looking to achieve weight loss and to reduce your body fat then you are in the right place. From personal experience I know how hard it can be taking that first step into a new fitness journey, the key to this is to make gradual small changes to your overall lifestyle. If you do this you will achieve weight loss, the key is to believe in you!.
Motivation:
I am here every step of the way to motivate you with your journey, it may be motivation in the gym or motivation with keeping up your healthy lifestyle. But I would be there advising and motivating you in every way so we get you to your goals!.
Advanced Functional Training:
I have recently completed an Advanced Functional Trainer course with Faster Global. The Advanced Functional Training would be built into our workout routines, the aim for this is to make every day movements more efficient and to teach your body how to effectively recruit muscles in turn making every day to day movement more efficient. This in turn will help current injuries and help prevent further injuries.
Building muscle/toning/creating definition:
As well as loosing body fat we will incorporate toning and building muscle at the same time. I do this by primarily using weighted equipment to exercise with, these would include Vipr's, Kettle Bells, Sandbags, Steel bells, Medicine balls plus Suspension training (TRX) and using bodyweight movements. If you wanted to focus on just building muscle then I can help push you with free weights to get the maximum out of you that is possible!
