How can I help? I provide a safe, warm and confidential space to explore areas in life you feel are challenging. These challenges may involve stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, sexuality and others. I will walk alongside you in this journey at your pace, allowing time and space for us to explore whatever you have been asking yourself and to help build the roots for a secure belief in self.
